At KOMPASS, children feel welcome, inspired, and supported every day. At KOMPASS, language acquisition happens through everyday interactions in three languages, rather than traditional classes. Our trilingual teachers, like parents, help children learn the meaning of words and expressions, fostering a natural feel for the languages. Native speakers on our team also convey cultural insights.

At KOMPASS, children are immersed in German, English, and Arabic, taking advantage of their young, sponge-like minds that effortlessly absorb language. Observation and documentation are essential to our teachers’ success at KOMPASS. Each child’s development is meticulously recorded through observations, samples of their work, and relevant photographs, all compiled in a comprehensive development portfolio. This approach not only tracks progress but also highlights individual achievements and milestones.

We take pride in our in-house culinary team who provide three fresh, nutritious meals every day. Fresh fruits and/or vegetables are offered during breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.
Like in a family, our teachers take their meals with the children. We consider our meals an extension of our curriculum. Teachers encourage the children to talk about the food that they are eating. These conversations provoke more awareness about food and table manners and encourage healthy choices as well as the culture of eating together.
